2019 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study
COSTA MESA, Calif.: 13 Nov. 2019 — Overall business customer satisfaction with electric utilities has climbed significantly this year, but the gap between the highest-ranking and lowest-ranking utilities also has grown considerably. According to the J.D. Power 2019 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study,SM released today, overall satisfaction has increased 18 points (on a 1,000-point scale), but the gap between the highest- and lowest-performing individual utility has increased to a 13-year high of 192 points.
